I am applying for WES verification for Canada express entry. Is IPE recognized institute in WES?

ok... for all my IPE alumni.. I got my ECA done hesitantly.. and it is recognized as Master's .. if someone from IPE checks here, hope they won't be lost in confusion like me..

Din’t they consider it has 2 years Diploma after bachelors?

Same Confusion I have now @Tarakeshwer, My Canada process consultant is saying that an IPE degree considered as 2 years diploma Program not as Masters program, Pls Advice
