We applied on May 31st, applicant is from India. Our eligibility is marked as Completed in tracker but in IRCC new portal, it shows as they are reviewing it.

Its better to cancel the ticket and rebook once you have your PPR. IRCC is so unpredictable, hence they suggested no need to buy flight tickets unless approved

Eligibility was not started till 9:30 AM. We called agent and she told us everything is passed and it might take a while for decision. And just checked the tracker its updated to Completed. Eligibility moved from Not Started to Completed. Everything happened today

In same scenario, Eligibility updated to Completed from Not Started, BGC is in Progress.

If there are no dependents other than your wife that you'd be sponsoring, then your pay stub, bank statement, letter from employer is sufficient if you don't have Notice of Assessment. There is no low income cut-off either.

Your answer is correct, Biometrics came into picture in 2019. If you had 10 yrs visa then you didn't give the biometrics

Please submit your NOA from previous year, Bank Statement and a bank balance letter from the bank. I did these and got my spousal eligibility completed

Why would someone apply for TRV once they are inside canada. They are inside canada because they have a TRV. Your understanding is incorrect. New TRV policy is for spouses/common law partner or any dependents whose family sponsorship is in progress who are outside canada I guess you...
