Updated: Package delivered on 19th October. it took exactly 4 weeks from the date of submission. I had hurdles for a week or so when the status was not changed and I raised a grievance and the next day the status change happened.

Update 13-10-2020 - BLS Tracking - Picked up from Consulate. Hopefully I will receive the letter this week

Last week my status changed to PCC printed and today in BLS tracking it was updated as Picked up at consulate

No, you cannot submit a written application. Fill up the details in passport seva website and they will take a print out of the same

What was your status before it changed to pcc printed? Mine is still pcc under review at Indian embassy or consulate but verification is completed at location station
