I believe only main applicant can link the application to GCKey account, since it is basically considered one application. I have the same situation as well, only I'm able to link the application, not my wife. She can't even get to see anything on Ecas.

How come they sent you AOR in one month? I'm Feb applicant and they sent me the AOR end of July. The rest is the same as yours.

It is basically considered one application that's why you get one application number, but IRCC can ask for a specific info about him or just about yours only. And when the application gets approved that means it is approved for both of you.

Since he is inside Canada and you included him with your application then I don't see why he shouldn't get his PR with you. Also he won't get an AOR separately since only the main applicant receives it. So be hopeful!

Nobody knows for sure when you will get your PR and it is not clear what is going to be next step. But you shall receive your PR before September 2024.

Provide them those info as soon as possible to avoid delays. If you need more clarification try calling IRCC and ask them what this means.

They usually send it through email. Probably this will be determined if you applied online or by mail.

Try calling IRCC, they may started your application but never sent you the AOR email which is normal. Try linking your application to GCKey account as well.

Unfortunately there aren't any updates. It is so frustrating to wait not knowing when they will make changes or proceed.

You won't see any updates from the portal where you filled the PR Application. When you get the AOR then you can see updates from GCKey account.

Next step is probably the eligibility interview where you get the Refugee ID paper. On this interview they will confirm if you want to apply for Work permit and/or Study permit. Some people got their work permit after 1-6 months and some hade to apply for WP again separately. If you didn't get...

They can do it in some circumstances. Look at previous conversations who were able to mark their application as urgent by their MP.
