A question for those applied on December and still waiting, do your account shows that the background check has been completed? Maybe the delay is coming from this external check that depends on the nationality & the speed of response from the involved agencies.

I remember traveling between provinces using a provincial ID that any temporary residence can get from registery offices.

The processing time increased from 143 to 156 days! It takes now more than 5 months to approve a sticker for someone who already been checked and aporoved to stay. Seems that processing inland visas are slowed, as they are busy with other streams.
