NDVO is a total mess. After medical passed it takes a long time to receive pa eligibility passed status. Sorry, but you are a long way from the PPR stage.

If the panel physician sends the medical examination results directly,you aren't required to do anything more in regards to the medical examination.

You should ask this question to the panel physician where you did your medical examination. Most send it directly to IRCC while some ask the examinee to upload.
