Even if it is your first OHIP Health Card. Just provide Service Ontario your CoPR and you will not need anything else. Except something to prove your address. You can use Notice of Assessment, Banking or Cellphone Bill for that.

I think the email doesn't have any attachments. But still you go ahead and reply with your Name, email, UCI, First Entry Date to Canada, Last Entry Date to Canada, and Port of Entry to Canada for everyone included in your application. Then you will receive your portal credentials.

After receiving my CoPR, I got another email from IRCC PR confirmation portal to send exactly same information as asked by Etobicoke office earlier like entry date etc. It is funny as IRCC is still waiting to finalise my application for permanent residency, when I already have my CoPR with me...
