I think if that is the case then everybody should have got background check started ..Not only selected one..Rest it's just wild guess. Not sure..

Also Also you must have lots patience for qsw ..As it's very long pro As per current scenario it will take time to get medicals and then final DM . So my advice ..Do not think too much regarding your application coz it's long process to go .

Thank you very much for the reply I am also under same impression that I am not required to pay the fees and I may have got the generic reply from visa office. So I have again sent the documents in the soft copy this time ..Without application fees for dependent. Let's see what reply I get now...
