R10 is not directly related to any of those but rather the "completeness" of your application. If you've had your app pass this stage it simply means all the necessary documents were submitted

It's recommended that you wait for IRCC to ask for you to do a re-med and from what I've seen getting it done on your own doesn't speed up your application and in some cases it just complicates it. I'm hoping to get some feedback soon, I did my medicals in October 2020

I don't think there's an email for that. I got the same update just over a week ago (medicals expired on the 28th of October). I wonder how long until they revalidate the medicals or ask for a re-med (I'm really hoping for the first option though)

Apart from the obvious geographical proximity, is there any other reason why the US might have been selected as priority? I'd hate to think my country might be at the back of the line for whatever reason when (or if) things start to balance out

It seems like IRCC is prioritizing certain CORs for Outlanders, can we use that to infer what they're going to do next? Right now it just feels like we're all lottery balls, they're dipping into the bowl and drawing apps at random, sometimes old apps (early 2020, 2019, even 2018) sometimes...

Your medicals are valid for a year so they'll expire in January 2022. Since they're asking you for a re-med it means they're working on your application and want to revalidate your medicals as COPR is only valid until the expiry date of your medicals

I hope they have. But what happens in the event that I don't get PPR before February 2022? Will they have to extend again? From what I've observed it would have been extended from now until six months to a year

What's the significance of the profile update then? Or was it just extended?

Not true. I had my medicals done in October 2020 and passed in February 2021 but they just expired last week. Now it just says "you don't need a medical exam"

But how will we know when it's raining? I really think the expectations of PPR rain have put a lot pressure that the trickles now seem insignificant. Let's keep encouraging folks to post their PPR and hopefully, just hopefully, we might be able to make sense of IRCC's logic
