Also surrender certificate process can be completed without Canadian passport, better get that done as it takes around 20+ days for that as well

For surrender application, walk-ins are welcome, at least they are welcome in BLS surrey, cannot say for sure about Toronto jurisdiction.

You should be able to check it on the tracker, ideally Decision made is considered when all your prerequisites are set to completed, the only thing left should be the oath ceremony.

So BLS office is open on Saturday, has anyone been able to surrender certificate on saturday walk ins? and for surrender we only need 1 photo (51mmX51mm) for each applicant(adult or minor), is that correct?

What I found while waiting was that the oath invitation for 2019 applicants from Surrey/Vancouver office comes exactly 1 week before completion of 3 months after DM. so in your case you should expect oath invitation 80 days after DM, I know it sucks a lot but this is what happened in my case too.

May be they don't want people to guess-timate and block all the calendar dates in future.
