I agree but don't you think that they haven't used their allocated quota and by taking this much time they are making difficult for them and applicants as well. File number in progress somewhere 1500 if I m not wrong so long long long long to clear the backlog.

I am completely agree with you. They should share the tracking number of the old dd so that people can track their dd. Its their money and they have right to enquiry about that. In Some cases people are not getting it back even after a month.
