Well, even if they start with nominations today, the priority will be for the remaining CEC applicants and only after they nominate them, FSW applicants would come into picture. Hope I am wrong but this is the likely scenario. October/November applicants have been waiting for 7 - 8 months post AOR - This long wait is just absurd.

Are they sending back the expired drafts using the courier or using the post ?

Can we chase OINP to ask if they have sent the original draft back or yet to send ?

Reading their words again...they only said CEC with expiring work permit will be given priority.( only in processing) Not all CEC. So others will be at par to FSW and we will soon see nominations coming. CEC to be given more points is IRCC criteria into OINP's criteria.

They will consider CEC whose WP expire in 3-4 months only.

I dont see any CEC got nomination where WP expire in 2017. so they will consider only with WP expire withing 3 -4 months

An early-Nov applicant who has just received AOR from OINP today is very late, IMO
