For most people, it would be just the last 5 years. It's simply min(365, 0.5 * (day of PR - first day of your 5 years)) + (last day of your 5 years - day of PR) if you always stay in Canada.

Well, it's hard to understand your logic without credible information, concrete data points, and related policy citations. I wish you had the same critical reasoning process as others here in the discussion.

I recieved an email from IRCC on Sept 6th as well, but I still cannot create a tracker. It's a bit frustrating for sure...

I did receive another email for "creating tracker account" but basically that email just guide you to the tracker website. Anyway I haven't been able to create an account after receiving that email...

So it seems that no one who got AOR from Aug 31st onwards could create a tracker account. Any counterexamples?
