yes correct so no point of WES for spouse, IELTS if you want\need increase score. if your score is 67 or above no need ti do anything.

I never heard of a case was rejected because the application didn't include mailing labels, has anyone heard of such a case?

Dear S7, Do apply, for two reasons, 1. as long as you have already prepared your application you will loose nothing but the courier fees. 2. I believe there is a chance for 2147 who their application is received till first week of Sep to be in the cap. Do send it as soon as you can. All the best
