Are you sure? I read many threads in this forum where visa rejected even after medical passed, whether it was upfront or medical request from IRCC. My eligibility shows it is under review since the submission of my application.

Yes, most of the people say that medical passed could be a favourable decision. But, I think medical requests are part of the visa requirement, irrespective of the final decision. We still need to wait for IRCC's response officially before drawing conclusions.
