There is no time frame between MR and PER, the best you can do is to follow the trend in the spreadsheet, we that you can have an idea of when it could be your turn. Mind you, AVO act strangely at times, is not a FIFO kind of thing. A look at 2013 spreadsheet could give you some idea. Depends...

In my opinion, I think you can wait till you get medical request and send all the information together with the other requests from AVO.
