Hello People.
I dont need any oracle to tell me that the Express Entry System coming in 2015 will be a tall order for many of us. The 2014 FSWP is quite direct and will prove to be favourable for many applicants. With Express Entry (going by what Australia and New Zealand are doing), you will need to be nominated by the Government or picked by a Corporation/Employer before you can be invited to apply.

I do NOT want to be part of this thing I beg o!!

Now my question is this: Is the 2014 FSWP going to run concurrently with the 2015 Express Entry when it commences?? I ask because people who have submitted applications say in August/September and get CC charged in December, there is hardly a chance that the process will be completed before the end of December 2014. Will the processing continue inline with 2014 system or will there be some kind of migration of applicants to the new system?

Hi, every applicant who applied through FSW 2014 and whose application is accepted will have their application processed until completion separate from Expression of Interest model. This is according to the Ministerial Instruction for FSW 2014, cheers.
