From my experience, I applied both through gcmsapply.com twice. First time, I received my IRCC notes came faster and the second time CBSA notes came faster. We cannot predict which one will be faster. I would recommend to apply for both. It is just $10 at gcmsapply.com.

My review started in 20th March, there has been no update since.

It is all random, some times in 5- 20 days for some it may go beyond 60 days. I have applied twice and received both times within 30 days time period.
