Yes it’s Calgary,AB I think it doesn’t matter which office administers the oath. Have seen a few posts where the applicant was from Vancouver but oath came from MBSK - which is the Winnipeg office.

You can send out a webform after you move to the new address. In either case, during the oath ceremony the clerk will confirm your mailing address with you and you can provide the latest address at that time.
