Congratulations! You've been scheduled to attend your citizenship ceremony on April 12, 2023. Follow the instructions you will receive in your ceremony invitation.
"

But I didn't receive any email with instructions. Is this common?
Yes, you will receive an email with all details in a week or so.

Oh, and BTW, I called IRCC a few days back to inquire. The rep said “everything on your file is in order” and that I was not yet scheduled for the oath.

He said my file is still at Scarborough (although he did not sound very confident, so I wouldn’t be surprised if my file was moved to Mississauga, as has happened to many Scarborough applicants on here).
I called last week they said exactly same thing. When I asked what is my processing office, She went silent. when I said, is it Scarborough? she said yes

Hi All,

I got my oath ceremony invitation today! However we applied together with my husband but his Language Skills, Prohibitions and Physical Presence Sections are still in progress. What would be their logic to proceed mine first? I believe these sections will turn green in one day but does this happen together with oath ceremony?

Thanks,

Did you apply on one file? if you applied online it's separate file, they will treat your application differently than your husband's application.

Just got an email with an invitation to attend an online interview on Feb 28.

INVITATION TO AN INTERVIEW WITH A CITIZENSHIP OFFICIAL AND VERIFICATION OF IDENTITY/DOCUMENTS

Anyone else do an interview like this? I assume this is NOT the oath or it would say that.

So I had my interview yesterday online. It was fine, verified my passport and ID and all. Asked me questions about my common-law status and work/school. Then he said he just has to go over all my ins/outs of the country (basically verify physical presence) and he would email me if he has any questions.

Anyone else here have an interview recently? Did you get an update on tracker soon after the interview?
