Hi Man, nobody can predict how CIC is working...how can they jump from 800 to 1000 in two days...so i think the person who gave you -1 may be applied late and expecting application to come under cap...;)... I am really not sure how cic works as i think they need to tell everyone before hand...

You should be happy mate as the application count for 2173 is coming down. This means that between 30th sept and 10th oct they processed 33 applications only as they raciened less. and also the overall count is around 500 only per week

Hi, I am just going through sreadsheet and i found following application count for 2173 may-110 june-77 july-44 august-57 sept-42 oct-3 so the count is maximum in may and then decreasing....

25,000 is the total number of applications which they are going to recieve so if total count reaches 25000 they will not take further applications irrespective of the individual cap count
