Thanks for your help. Actually when you select option for pcc on indian passport website it asked me for which country pcc is required,so i filled japan and paid the online fees also and booked the appointment also. now i am thinking i have done a blunder;);)

Thanks again for your reply. Just login to mpnp website but not able to find any link for updation. Only status as 'Assessment complete' Is written. I had new born baby on 11th of nov and status got changed to assessment complete on 28th oct. So what should i do now pls advice?

Hi Friend, what is the significance of NER email and money will also not returned...........why they are not checking this in step 2??? if the application is not meeting the eligibilty criteria then why are they charging it..they have to straightway return that file...
