try calling IRCC .. maybe they can help locate your file if you have not received a Temp AOR if you got an AOR then you just have to wait and see when they start processing

yes and mention TRV and its number i dont think the application itself asks if you have applied for spouse PR, but what you can do is mention a letter with details for purpose of the visitor record, wanting husband to stay with me while application is in process
