    Investing in an already established Canadian business and then being a senior manager in that company. Yes, it's not guaranteed but I wonder the success rate of that. Once upon a time, I remember one was able to simply invest money and then receive their PR. Is that still possible?

    415 CRS. I know that’s low but I only asked because of the possibility of receiving nomination from a PNP program from PEI, Saskatchewan and Alberta (which don’t require a job offer). These provinces also don’t mention which occupations they are looking for.
