If you upload bachelor's with no WES evaluation, then it might get rejected. Just upload Master's Degree and WES and evaluation. This is good enough.

It is possible because each package is received separately by Visa office.

My passport reached Ottawa on Sep 21st. Application approved and closed in CiC on Sep 30th. Tracker not yet activated. I am hoping Tracker will be activated on the 3rd business day after the application is approved.

My wife has received her passport and COPR.

You can travel to U.S. and then land in Canada.

That's normal. Don't worry if there is nothing wrong. CIC takes it own time in completing the background checks with the help of different agencies.

Are you from India?

Since you have crossed 6 months. Call CIC and request the status of your application. The rejections after 6 months are very very rare. You will be fine.
