    You need to be more specific, there could be many ways depending on your background. I remember on the official Canada Immigration website, there is a survey to check your eligibility for many different programs. Go check it out, you might have a better idea.

    To my knowledge, the first msg you saw was the so-called “fake-IP2”, the second msg is the so-called “ IP1”. They don not necessarily mean anything. If you interpret it based on the old trend, you might be under eligibility review now.

    Query regarding recent cut off

    My understanding is that you should be invited, the tiebreaker rule only applies when your score is the same as the cutoff score. Since yours is higher, it doesn’t matter when you enter the pool. The invitation takes up to 24 hours to be processed.
