This form is rquired only for EOI in OINP e Portal and got NOI. If someone didnot apply in OINP and they got the ITA (as Province scans the EE periodically and invite) - they need not attach this attestation.

International student stream is best suited, if you studied in Canada, and your graduation date is not 2 years old . Processing time is lesser when compared to the foreign worker stream.

1. Make the one who gives employer form as current employment. 2. Include all the work history , you should have options to enter multiple employment with durations. 3. you can work multiple jobs, but one of the job you should have more than 30 hours / week - make this one as primary .

Even if you did not submit your EOI to OINP and you are in EE Pool with good CRS, you will be invited to apply for OINP . All PNP keep scanning the EE Pool for potential candidates. My score was 475 STEM and was in EE Pool , did not apply to OINP , but got ITA to apply in Feb 8th 2024 draw!!

If you have EE Profile, update the nomination under valid job effer that you are nominated and submit , and wait for the draw . you will get ITA for PR 100%. If you do not have EE, create the EE profile and join the pool - this is the fastest one compared to non-EE

if you work for more than 6 months , then you have better scores for the OINP Draw. As long as you are in TEER 01,2,3 - gohead and apply

You can continue to stay , your current SOWP immpled status is valid untill you get the response. You need the Visa only if you want ot go outside canada and re enter.
