If COPR number is issued, your file is approved for PR. Keep checking your email and spam for portal mail. If you dont get it in a week or so call IRCC or raise a webform. Keep reminding them. Good luck and congrats.

Inland applicants are getting portal emails for PR at a faster rate. You might get it in 2 weeks or a month.

29th may all stages completed but COPR number not issued. Its a new thing I guess, I have seen many applicant who have all stages completed but COPR number not issued on tracker.

You are right upto some point. The method is still same as before. This tracker is just a new medium of enhanced information being visible to applicant. My only concern is in my case all stages are completed on 29 may but COPR number is not issued.
