Congrats. I tried call center number of times, but no luck. I couldn't reach them.

I tried when it was around 15:30 Toronto time. But generally the idea was that if you don’t get connected, try to call at least 10 times before giving up.

So normally how long it takes from "All Stages Passed" to “Portal 1” email, I called IRCC and they told me that all stages passed on April 15, 2023 and I called yesterday, they told me that my secondary office changed from CIO to Ottawa, is this a good sign? Thanks!

No updates on COPR details yet. I see that some people do not get portal email for 45 days after all stages cleared and some get it in 14 days. Anyone has a good approximate?

Apart from additional document requests (IRCC may or may not ask for this depending on your case), you can expect the following requests now,

Medical -> Biometrics -> Then an email

There is a website for IRCC Tracker (https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login)
Once you have submitted your Biometrics, you will receive a UCI number which can be used to track progress on your application in the link I shared.

I called IRCC and I've also got the same VO as you and currently in a similar situation. Some folks on this thread mentioned that all stages being complete on Tracker doesn't necessarily mean security check is done, but the agent on call confirmed my security is passed and everything looks good on their end.

No PPR/RFV since
