If your application is DM right after AOR, 99.9% chance it means yours is approved and now sent for printing. Normally 80% of the applicants should have this process happening like this. It just means yours was a straightforward application and the agent has no doubt about your RO.

Maybe you entered the wrong UCI, it's the number in the body of your AOR, right after the "Government of Canada" Banner. If you entered that one, maybe try the application in the title of the email starting with Rxxxxxxxx - and select application number in eCAS. And if still nothing pops up, try...

Update on my family member's status, finally showed up on eCAS this morning Application Sent: June 25, 2021 Application Received: June 29, 2021 AOR: Oct 21, 2021 In Process + Decision Made: Oct 22, 2021

Family member's application was sent on June 25th and received on 29th. AOR just arrived.

Very likely yours was sent for in person pick up if this status continues for another couple weeks.

I wouldn’t say so. I’ve seen the most for around 45 days. But if above the 45 day mark the chance significantly increases.

That was for new PR card. Renewal will have to resend and start from scratch unfortunately. I’m not sure why they said expired passport won’t work though.

I am very sorry for the situation, it must be very stressful and sad. Just travel and apply for PRTD when you arrive at your destination. You are not bound to the RO rule yet as a new immigrant so there will be no problem for you to apply for one.

Your TRV automatically invalidates the moment you become a PR. Do NOT attempt to travel with your TRV - there will be troubles that no one wants to experience.
