It’s been a month uploaded additional docs for eligibility, there is no reply since then. Is it good sign or a bad one? Somebody said the more time they take, it seems they are working on it rather than just refusal?

I got response for both my emails and the call I made to the embassy of Canada in Warsaw that additional docs received them safe and sound and they are working on it within 5 days. I have send docs both ways on my cic portal and hard copies through DHL Courier for eligibility.
