yap you can try, show them the letter. But i suggest you register first online to avoid the long line of personal data and payment and you will go straight to biometrics. Pray that they will be considerate in your case. Bring also your personal copy of old nbi clearance, it might help.goodluck.

Hi forum mates, na bill out na sa dredit card yun processing fee ng CIC kahapon pero wala pa ako AOR. Mga ilang araw kaya bago cla mag email?kapag nagcharge na ba sila meaning complete na apps mo?

Hi forum mates, The processing fee of CIC was already billed on the credit card yesterday but no AOR yet, anybody knows how many days should i wait? Its been 30 days now since they recieved my apps.

Its been really a nice idea that I renewed my NBI Nov of last year at robinsons galleria even if its still 2 months before expiry, 2 months before my apps at CIC, and 1 month before I recieved my MPNP LOA. It is really hard to get NBI clearance according to the news. Praise GOD.. :)

Yes I definitely agree, kasi sa inaraw-araw na pag analyze ko ng time line iba-iba ang lumalabas, may sobrang bilis na wala pa 1 month pagka AOR ng CIC may medical request na agad. Sana lang Lord mapunta po tayo lahat dun sa mabilis. PLLLLLEASE :)

hi mine was already delivered and its dated nov. 21, 2013 and recieved it dec 16. Maybe the postman just put it anywhere. Cause mine was only inserted at our gate fortunately it was seen by my brother. Im also from the Philippines.

Hi there. Ask ko lang po kailangan pa ba ng police clearance kahit may nbi clearance. Meron po ba dito nbi lang pinasa pero ok lang? Saka yung national ids na nasa checklist kailangan din po ba yun or pede wala na kasi if applicable lang nakalagay. Thanks
