Is there any information on prson-srpel portal if you applied through it? Before the update instruction was sent I was unable to view my application for a whole day but as of now it still says “submitted”

Not unlikely o_O I got an email to update my forms but then no further instructions, and IRCC webform told me “ECAS is up to date” which is clearly untrue.

Well we can always post here, I was in Toronto’s suburbs but moved to Ottawa for education, this may have caused some delay on IRCC’s side.

It’s for free if you do it using the Privacy Act, when did you do that? Normally it takes 40 days.

That’s so weird, I’m constantly worried about my application too, let’s keep each other updated. I requested CBSA notes a few days ago to see what’s happening but you probably can’t do that right now.

You contacted your MP right? What did they say? IRCC is really all over the place wrt PR applications. My process has started but they have not told me and I cannot check my information on ECAS. However I’m able to check on the phone system, did you try the phone system? Edit: I applied in Nov 21

I am a November applicant, so not far away. I’m at a strange position where I can find my application through the phone system but not ECAS, please let me know if you are in a similar situation. When I submitted a webform IRCC told me ECAS is up to date so I am requesting GCMS notes to make sure.

Filed an CBSA file request to figure out what’s up with my application, will post it if I get a definitive answer from there.

Normally there is an one month gap between submission and AOR, and then 6-7 months between AOR and processing, wait for a bit more.

They are not open to the public, you are better off asking your local MPP office but don’t expect any significant help unless your application turns 22 months old.

It should have already started, check ECAS frequently. There has been many problems recently however, people’s applications have stalled, multiple medical requests, etc. I cannot check my application on ECAS but can check it through the phone system.

Just answer it honestly and it’s almost certainly the most common answer…

Still no email and ECAS, the phone system for some reason only allows checks for express entry now.
