If there is a high school diploma, there must be a transcript to support it. Its a requirement to prove your claim in the application form.

Kung titignan mo, medyo simple lang naman ung request mo pero maarte talaga yung mga bc o kaya yung idp dahil may nalalaman pa silang one copy per person na rule. Kung titignan mo, ang dali dali lang mag reprint ng papel with scores tapos madali na i check yan. Pero halatang ginagawa nilang...

its a scam

An immigration agency told me that the new qsw rule took effect last august 1,2013 but they started getting applications by september 1, 2013. Is this true?
