I got retest for unknown reasons. In the second invite it says test was not recorded either technical issue or photo I’d not provide. We have provided photo id. I believe it Is because of technical issues. Did your wife forgot to take photo or photo did not recorded

I did mine on Feb 7 and next one I got yesterday with window mar 5 to 25 and online as first one not with officer

i'm planning to use PR card as a photo ID. As it clearly says in the document. I'm assuming my retake was because of technical issue and not because of photo ID (provincial ID).. but will use PR card this time.
