Hi
I have received an email to take the online Test but after I completed my information and logged in and requested to receive a link to take the test. I do not receive any link in my email.

I use representative and I tried to put her/his email but the system tell me does not match. I tried again to enter my email but I do not receive any link either

Does anyone know what should I do? I have to complete the test by March 10 after it has been canceled last year due to COVI19

I appreciate all the help
 
Best approach will be to contact your representative see if he/she received the email with the link if so, he/she can forward it to you if this is feasible.
 
I did but she/he did not receive it anything. I have received the invitation to my email and the logic to receive the link of the test to my email. I have sent a technical request by web form but no answer.

I hope some one can help.

Should i request to be rescheduled, is this a good reason for them to reschedule me?
They should provide 24/7 technical support if they are moving to online testing

I'm guessing you've checked your spam folder?
 
Don't panic you still have 6 days to go. I heard from other members that the technical team react quite fast, and you should have an email address for technical team in case you have a problem. You should email them instead of sending a webform.

write an email to the team, email is mentioned in the technical issue section of the test invite.

Did you check your spam/junk folder? The email should come from notifications@ct-tc.apps.cic.gc.ca
