Can't be true, agents are very unreliable. If you really want to know, you could order GCMS.

    FBI Fingerprints Rejected Twice

No, it got accepted at 1st try. I probably made 20 copies myself and chose the best one. There are requirements which parts of the fingerprints should be visible, such as deltas or some terms like that.

Brazilian wife and British husband apply for EXPRESS ENTRY

PCC from the countries visited should be after you visited last time. From the countries you live, they should be closer to the application time. Their official requirement is 6 months. You can add it to your Letter of Explanation by making a word file and including such things. Of course, you...

Brazilian wife and British husband apply for EXPRESS ENTRY

If you lived in UK within the last 10 years, yes, you need PCC from there. From Brazil too. If he lived more than 6 months, in fact even if it's shorter, he needs to get one from Brazil as well. Try to get them after visiting respective countries before you apply. Your issue is probably going...

    Celpip writting format

Because there's something going on with CELPIP. They are trying to squeeze as much as possible from each applicant. I think they understood that the jig is up.

Why don't you guys just take IELTS? Natives get maximum usually with a bit of preparation. CELPIP sucks big time.

I just bought inkless fingerprinting kit from amazon for $15 and did many copies myself. It's a bit difficult, I chose the best one and it got accepted. Online is fast, so you can keep sending until it's accepted.

I asked my friend who has worked in an embassy. Apparently, they ask from consulates about criminality and some consulates just don't care, so they take 3-4 months to reply. Some like Indian ones reply quickly I guess therefore we get an impression that it should be fast but not true for all...

They are struggling everywhere. They lowered the number of invitations to 3250 instead of 3900. The draw was done after 3 weeks, I think they are worried about the backlog.

It could actually be a good thing, finalizing at centralized office is faster. Those under 60 days usually get finalized at the CIO because those applications are very straightforward. If it was review required for something, it would be transferred to a local VO.

    Criminality check

Anybody knows how CIC does criminality checks? My country takes super long time in terms of answering if they make a request. Usually, such issues are solved when you make a direct appeal to an institution responsible, otherwise they just don't care. I wonder where I could ask.
