Call the City's Police department, ask that you need fingerprint for immigration. They will do it for some fee. They do it for a lot of folks applying for jobs as well.

No, it got accepted at 1st try. I probably made 20 copies myself and chose the best one. There are requirements which parts of the fingerprints should be visible, such as deltas or some terms like that.
