as far as i am concerned they have stopped sending NOI, people with less that 400 points got NOI during the ICT week. So better try to increase your CRS

WOW.. Congrats :)) So fast! I have the same NOC as you, CRS: 403, application submitted on 17 July and now I'm waiting in Assessment phase. But I ordered duplicate ECA from WES just 2 days ago, so I havent attached it in my application. Hope it will be fine

Guys Im confused, I already have a reference number of my converted diplomas and one copy has been sent to IRCC. Should I still order a duplicate to Ontario? If yes, should I change something in my application to let them know? like attach the receipt or something?

Actually I dont know when it changed, since I have been on vacations for 2 weeks I hadn't checked it until today. No they haven't send mail for anything. But I haven't ordered a duplicate copy of WES, because I have been told that I dont have to.. and now that Im reading some comments about it...
