I believe so because they ask us to upload a photo in the PR Portal once we are approved we need to upload a new photo on the PR Portal.

That photo won't matter much as it is only for internal processing. The one that you upload to the PR Portal email or when you receive your PPR and send it in is the important one. My photo looked so funny, and I sent it in anyway at the time because I knew it didn't matter lol.

Update on my case: I got PR Portal 2 email today. I emailed all four PR Portal emails I could find last night with my details, and one replied today with my temp password. I logged in and did the declaration, and mail, pic upload. I am now waiting for eCopr. Daren, if you want to update my info...
