It usually happens as soon as completeness check is done. I believe it takes 2-3 weeks, but it could take longer or maybe even be shorter.

Yes, the UCI will always be the same. That is the number used to identify you. Your PR applications UCI will update to your Work Permit one as soon as completeness check is done.

I'm on day 17 tomorrow and no update either. I think either this week or next week IRCC will get to March AORs so we should have an update soon.

I'm March 4 Aor and nothing yet. However, someone in the Whatsapp group with March 9 AOR got Medicals updated yesterday. It's weird the way IRCC is moving with the March applicants.

R10 is completeness check. It happens when your Medicals are updated to pass and your Biometrics instructions letter comes. Your UCI will also update from the one starting with CAN to your actual UCI.

I've seen a few March candidates get R10 after a few days of submission. It's weird the way they are moving with us March people.
