well, i wont submit my passport coz i will wait for the police certificate of california... will courier the rest docs to singapore and once i receive the cali certificate, i would submit both passport and cali certificate at dhaka vhs...

well, i asked indirectly for waiver.... i wrote that you wanted all docs to be submitted in 30 days including cali pcc.. and i alrady gave fbi pcc which is still valid, now for cali pcc it would take more than 30 days due to locational differences.... under the circumstance, do you still...

i got my wife's fbi more than 60 days after applying. the scary part is, after 40 days of applying, they replied that they can't read the finger print, and then, i had to send finger prints again, total it took almost 40+10+60= 110 days :)

what i have planned now is to submit all the docs asap without california PCC and writing a letter that i would submit the letter once i receive that letter. i would also attach application for such letter to prove that i applied for cali pcc.
