Did you eventually receive NOI from Alberta?

In our experience, passport submitted to VFS on February 21, 2024, which was despatched to Accra visa office the same day. Got email to pick up on March 19, 2024. So roughly 26 days. I will say the average time for visa stampeding is 3-4 weeks

Also applied from Ghana on April 30, 2024. Pretty much the same thing. Last update was Medical Passed on May 9,2024. It’s a waiting game unfortunately.

I think the poster wants to compare timeline for non-sds applicants who applied AFTER January 22, when PAL came into effect. Nonetheless, you are almost there. You should get PPR soon . Mandie

Yes it does..PAL will state the DLI, the program of study, program start date and end date. PAL also has expiry date which appears to be January 22, 2025 (I believe for 2024-2025 academic year).

No you don’t. When you get admission, the university applies for the PAL from the province on your behalf. Note that most will require you to pay the required tuition deposit before they request for your PAL.

Passport submitted in person at VFS Accra on Feb 21, picked up stamped passport on March 21. Took like 4 weeks in total.
