Trying to support a family friend’s daughter currently in pickle.
She was to start a one year Supply Chain Management program at Mohawk College in Ontario in January 2024. However her student permit was granted in February 2024. She wants to know if she can start the program a couple of months late (no fault of hers) but has difficulty getting hold of anyone from the school.
With all the changes, if she defers she will have minimal chances of getting PAL due to the changes in Jan 2022. She has paid the fees and kinda stuck.
Will it be an issue with immigration if she comes to Canada considering her start date was in January?
