Means police is done and your is with Passport office at State level. Wait for 2-3 days your status might change. Mine was same status as you from 27 june and today it changed to priniting.

Some problem in system i think. My status is PCC needs to be collected from the Regional Passport Office. from July 27 and I called BLS and they said to wait 1 more week. When was your status changed to PCC needs to be collected from the Regional Passport Office. ?

Means your case has to submit from police may be with district SP/commissioner or local police.

if it says "PCC needs to be collected from the Regional Passport Office " then you are done with police submission else still with police department either local or SP/commissioner office.

If you don't have file number that means still application with BLS not reached to consulate. Please talk with BLS

Mine also same from yesterday it showing PCC needs to be collected from the Regional Passport Office

SP office will send at RPO. Later that It will be sent to Consulate in 1-2 days then will transit to BLS. So mostly 8-10 days but no guaranteed.

People applied in June are in waiting so think like not less than 5 weeks.

There are plenty of applications which are in applied in june. So as of now I don't think you will get less than 5 weeks.

You need to wait another week then you will get email saying they satrted proceesing.

Now onwords may be 5-6 weeks.

Yeah noted. When i called BLS they said even if you handover in Walkin they will not open for 15 days. so same procedure.

Going to walk in and sending through postal both are same no difference, agree?

BLS in phone said, even they collecting walkin but they keep docs for 15 days so i think nothing changed.
