My PR Tracker was getting updated "everyday" however I noticed today that eligibility started on the 23rd but I only really saw this update today. So even if it's getting updated and the date is getting refreshed... it's not actually even doing anything. The real update only showed up 5 days...

After background check it will be Pre-arrival or PPR next assuming that PA is clean.

Keep in mind if sponsor is PR they can't leave the country while sponsorship is in process they'll have to be in Canada. However, if sponsor is citizen they're able to travel outside of Canada if they please.

If you have a representative they're the only ones who have access to GCKey only 1 account can link. For PR Portal you can create an account with Sponsor's UCI as well as PAs UCI.

Means they've finally started processing and you should be able to get medical/bio or Sponsor Approval soon.

I would say try to get in contact with IRCC through phone. They took 2 months to action my request for address change via webform. Since its your biometrics/medical and you can't find the email or see the information in GCKey I would recommend getting in contact with them ASAP.

For my spouse and I, we checked GCKey where our application was linked. We did not receive any email. It just said they're requesting a document from you and at the bottom of the screen the file for biometrics letter was there with the necessary information.
