I think this is not AOR , this is Sponsorship Approval ? Looks like they will send AOR after CIC office receive our file but i could be wrong .

weird i though they send biometric only after they verify the eligibility to sponsor. But may be i was wrong . If you meet the requirement then i would not be worried just send it to them and you should be fine .

No i did not receive any request for PCC . it was a generic letter ( Sponsorship approval ) in which they mentioned to submit pcc if not already submitted so i will submit it upfront .
