How do you know that they use the Medical too from previous application ? I know they do use Biometric as it shows in the Online account but i don't think we can confirm about that Medical . Does it says Medical Accepted in the online account ?

Since your dad biometric is valid for 10 years they may have that already in file so they only asked for your mom . Did you provide the biometric for your dad before for any application ? like visitor visa or some thing ?

I had similar issue . my dads name was different in his passport , in my birth certificate and completely different in his birth certificate, we had an affidavit created which say all names belongs to the same person . so far i have not received any query back from IRCC about name discrepancy...

currently people have start receiving the PCC , so there may be some wait time to receive medical , currently no one has received medical .

it may take about a week or 2 to link the application . make sure you try all combination for number of application - count yourself . co-signer if any and then mom and dad , in my case i enter 4 to link it .

They send Biometric and AOR to my email address that i provided . I am Representative of my Parents so they send things to my email address that i provided in that Auth to Representative form when i fill out their application .
