Yes, I had the FROM address as Indian consulate, SF office. They asked me to change it the FROM address to my home address. I asked isn't that going to be a problem because FROM address is different from where it is being shipped, they said no problem. Basically, my TO and FROM address were same.

As far as I had seen, there were really old people came with there grand kids for documentation. The grandkids were taking care of everything the old people were just called in to verify once to the counter. So I am guessing, she needs to be there. I might also be wrong. Good luck.
