My H1 is valid until August 2022. I am planning to move to Canada in April 2021. Can I still draw salary in US on valid H1 and stay in Canada? Is it not gonna effect me being a non resident and drawing salary in US?
Yeah. Looks like that page is messed up. You can see they have mentioned the address 2 places. Also above one address it says the processing time is 35 days and above other address it says it is 15 days. lmao.

You sure can. If you travel to India, you need get latest PCC after you come back to US. If you stay in any country more than 6 months, you have to get PCC of that country after you come back to US.
As I had visited consulate, I created only one shipping label. The to and from address were same. For some reason consulate doesn't take the label of the from address is consulate itself. Basically the from address should be the same address as the credit card you use. I know this sounds stupid...
